Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Dr. Noam Keshet (the “controller”). This page explains what data each part of the site collects, where it is stored, who can see it, and how to exercise your rights. Questions and requests: contact@noamkeshet.com.

Contact form and WhatsApp

The contact form sends your name, email, and message to the controller by email. Nothing is stored in a database. The WhatsApp button opens a chat on your own device.

Leadership personality assessment

  • Stored: your role, the ratings you gave, per-item response times, optional background answers (age band, industry, organization size, experience), the computed scores, and the submission time.
  • Not stored: name, email, IP address, or device identifiers. The stored record cannot be traced back to you.
  • If you ask for the PDF report by email, your address is used to send it. The controller also receives a notification that a report was sent to that address, together with your role and benchmark choice. The address is not stored with your answers. If you tick the optional box, the address may be used for occasional content about leadership and data.

Political leadership personality survey

  • Stored: the leader you rated, your ratings, voting intention and 2022 recall, left–right position, religiosity, coarse demographics (age band, gender, education, region), computed scores, and the submission date (day only).
  • Not stored: name, IP address, exact time, or device identifiers.
  • The survey is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Each response gets a random ID. If you later leave an email address to receive the findings or join the follow-up wave, the address is stored in a separate table linked to your response only through that random ID. The controller can therefore connect an email to its response; no one else can, and this link is used only to invite you to the follow-up wave and to honour deletion requests. Enrolment completes only after you click the confirmation link we email you; an unconfirmed address receives nothing further.
  • Political opinions are especially sensitive information. They are used for research only, published only as aggregates (never for groups smaller than 100 respondents, or 50 for per-leader profiles), and never shared with parties, campaigns, or advertisers.
  • Share cards are generated only when you choose to share. They contain the leader name and your rounded scores, nothing that identifies you, and expire after 120 days.

Technical data and third parties

  • Your IP address is held in server memory for a short time to limit abuse (rate limiting) and is never written to the database. Vercel, the hosting provider, keeps standard request logs.
  • Survey and contact data are stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL). Emails are sent through Resend. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The research page embeds a YouTube video.
  • Google Analytics runs on the main site pages (home, research, assessment, article). It does not run on the political survey, its results, or its share pages.
  • The only cookie the site sets is an admin login cookie, on the controller’s own browser.

Retention

Contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Pseudonymous research data is kept for the duration of the research and its publication, and no longer than five years after the research is published, after which it is deleted or reduced to aggregates.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete data about you, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@noamkeshet.com. Deleting a survey response requires the random ID shown on your results page, or the email address you left with it. We reply within 30 days.
